At Waxhaw Dental Center, our patients are our number one priority. To help ensure we are able to see all of our patients promptly, we ask that you arrive to your initial appointment with us 15 minutes prior to your appointment time, with your completed paper work.

We have provided your new patient packet in a downloadable form for your convenience. If you have any questions, please feel free to call our office and speak to one of our skilled front desk staff members.

Waxhaw Dental Center believes in informing before performing. We will make every effort to verify your dental insurance prior to your dental appointment. If treatment is indicated by one of our skilled dental providers, our dental insurance coordinatior will make every effort to provide you with an estimated dental insurance breakdown. We offer an in house Dental Savings Plan for those individuals who do not have dental insurance coverage. We also participate with CareCredit. We ask that all individuals using CareCredit please have a photo id at time of check out.

For your future appointments, please make sure to inform our front desk staff of any insurance changes prior to being seen. We look forward to providing the best quality dentistry to you, your family and friends.

Since the Doctor she had gone to for years had retired, she was scheduled with Dr Marshall Earnest and his assistant Jenna. They were both very kind and professional. They explained all of the options clearly and were able to fix the tooth the same day. Since I wasn't the one being worked on, I was able to watch the procedure.
