Dr. Marshal Earnest grew up in Mooresville, NC and received his undergraduate degree in Biology from University of North Carolina Wilmington. Following graduation, he moved to Florida and completed his dental training at LECOM School of Dental Medicine. After graduation, Dr. Earnest completed a year long General Practice Residency at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, Connecticut. While in residency, he received advanced training in all aspects of General Dentistry, as well as taking call for dental and facial trauma in the emergency room.
Dr. Earnest is a member of the American Dental Association, as well as the North Carolina Dental Society. He has taken continuing education courses at the esteemed Dawson Academy, understanding and treating TMJ disorders, as well as obtaining Invisalign certification. In his free time he enjoys running, hiking, SCUBA, beach volleyball and calligraphy.
Dr. Earnest has worked in private practice in Florida since completing residency training and is excited to have moved back to his home state of North Carolina! He approaches all patients in a gentle, non-judgmental, caring manner to make every patient feel comfortable. His goal is to provide the highest quality care, while building a trusting relationship with each patient.
